Mickey Broussard

| Mickey Broussard began his tenure with the Knight organization nearly three decades ago. His roles at Knight have included Equipment Coordinator, Safety Coordinator, Purchasing Agent, and Store Manager. Mickey has been instrumental in the design and implementation of several procedure driven programs and remains active in the development and implementation of employee training programs. Mickey is an staunch advocate of product knowledge for employees and clients alike and trusts that every employee has a contribution to make that reflects in the company's success. Mickey realized many years ago that “equipment generates revenue” but “success is generated by people”.
On April 23rd, 2008 Mark Knight announced Mickey's promotion to Vice President of Operations for Knight Oil Tools. In this new position some of Mickey's responsibilities will include oversight of capital expenditures, overseeing all physical stores and facilities, equipment inventory and equipment maintenance.
Mickey studied engineering at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and continued his education in Civil Engineering at TH Harris Technical College. He has obtained a diverse list of qualifications and training throughout his career including OEM trainings with Cameron Iron Works, Smith Drilco, Grant Prideco Tubulars, NOV, Hydril Company, Randy Smith Training Solutions and Leadership Management, Inc.
Mickey is an active member in the IADC and the AADE.
