| On April 24th, 2008 Mark Knight announced the promotion of Clark Carnes to the position of Vice President of Knight Fishing Services. In this new position he will be an asset to Knight Fishing Services in continued growth as an industry leader in fishing tools and service.
Before his promotion to Vice President of Knight Fishing Services™ Clark Carnes was responsible for directing the sales force at Knight. Clark has more than 32 years experience in the energy industry and has contributed a positive and progressive posture to this vital role for Knight. Clark led a team of professionally committed sales and service representatives, corporate account representatives and sales managers. The Knight sales force is dedicated to providing all clients with excellent customer service, timely responses, and quality products. Under Clark's direction the Knight sales force grew by five times in turn growing the company's revenues exponentially.
Clark was instrumental in research and implementation of all Knight Oil Tools™ expansion since 1990. These expansions include the San Juan Basin, Permian Basin, Mid Continent and Rocky Mountains.
Clark earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Auburn University. He is a member of IADC, SPE, and AADE.
